Frequently Asked Questions

Can I book individual sessions instead of a full package?

Yes. You can book a single strategy session, one interview prep session, or document support. If you’re not sure which format works best, feel free to request the free consultation to decide.

Do I need to speak German to apply for jobs in Switzerland?

Not always. It depends on your field, the region, and the company. In some industries, English is enough. In others, German is expected. During our session, we’ll look at your case and set realistic goals based on the market.

Can you help me write a Swiss-style CV and cover letter?

Yes. We revise your documents so they meet Swiss standards and highlight what local employers want to see. You’ll receive clear feedback and up to two rounds of revision per document.

What’s included in the interview preparation sessions?

Each session focuses on the kind of job you’re applying for. We practice typical questions in English or German, work on how you present your experience, and explore answers that feel authentic but effective. You’ll also get strategies for follow-up communication.

Can you help me apply for jobs if I’m still living outside Switzerland?

Yes. Many of our clients start their job search before arriving. We’ll work remotely to prepare your application documents, practice interviews, and create a strategy that makes sense for your location and timeline.

Can you help me understand and negotiate my job offer?

Yes. We’ll go through your offer with you and explain what’s standard in Switzerland, from salary ranges and vacation days to probation periods and insurance requirements. If negotiation is an option, we’ll help you decide how to approach it and what to say.
