Stories From People We’ve Helped

Thanks to them, I felt fully prepared for my interviews in German. I didn’t just improve my speaking skills, but also gained real confidence. We practiced real questions, improved my answers, and polished my CV. In the end, I got the job I was aiming for here in Switzerland. Without their help, I wouldn’t have known how to stand out in such a competitive process. Absolutely recommended.

Jorge, Valencia/Zürich

After getting a job offer in Zurich, I had no clue how to handle the paperwork that came with it. They walked me through the process with so much patience and clarity. We worked on my employment documents together, made sure I registered everything correctly, and even compared insurance providers.  I genuinely don’t think I would have managed it all on my own.

Noemi, Palermo/Zürich

I honestly don’t know how I would have handled everything without Swiss Ready. I arrived in Switzerland with zero German and no idea how the systems worked. I had to register at the Gemeinde, sort out health insurance, and reply to an official letter I didn’t even understand. They not only explained everything step by step, but also helped me write the documents and came with me to the appointment. I felt safe and understood in a situation that could’ve been really stressful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone moving here alone.

Kenny, Hartford/Basel

Frequently Asked Questions

I’m still abroad but planning to move soon. Can I use your services remotely?

Absolutely. Many of our clients start working with us before they arrive. We can help you understand what to prepare in advance, review documents, start job or housing searches, and get your integration process off to a solid start from abroad.

Can you help me apply for a residence permit or register my address in Switzerland?

We can guide you through the registration process, explain what documents you’ll need, and help you understand how the local system works. We’re also available to accompany you to appointments if needed. While we offer personal support, please note that we’re not an immigration law firm. We can’t influence the outcome of your permit request, but we’ll make sure you’re as prepared and informed as possible.

How quickly can I get support if I need help urgently?

We do our best to respond within 24 hours. If you’re dealing with a deadline or a time-sensitive letter, let us know in your message. We also offer express services when possible.

Is this service only for new arrivals, or can I use it if I’ve been here a while?

Both. Some people reach out to us right after moving, others contact us after months or even years, when a new challenge comes up or they finally decide to get some clarity. You’re welcome at any stage.

What kind of documents can you help me write or translate?

We can draft or translate a wide range of formal documents, including CVs, motivation letters, Kündigung notices, rental requests, or official replies to the Gemeinde or insurance providers. We’ll also explain what’s expected so everything fits local norms.
